That’s why we combined our services into affordable packages designed to suit the needs of your operation.  Flexibility is built right in too!  Address any unique requirements your business might have by adding any of our other services to the package of your choice.

Accupak

This popular package provides our clients with the confidence
that every transaction processed through the bank account has been entered into the records. We record every bank transaction, even if it is personal in nature so the calculated bank balance in the books equals the actual bank balance on the bank statement!

By sending us  your bank statements, bills and receipts you'll receive the following services for as low as $250/quarter:

  • Quarterly bookkeeping including balancing the books to one bank statement.
  • Quarterly income and expense summary statements sent to you.
  • Quarterly general ledger detailing every transaction in every
    account.
  • Quarterly GST returns prepared.
  • Annual income tax return prepared.
ProPak  
This is a full service tax package and more! PROPAK goes beyond the cash method of accounting used for tax information that provides the farm manager with only an annual farm income statement prepared on the accrual basis. Combining an income statement with the balance sheet gives a much more accurate picture of the financial performance of your farming operation. 

By sending us  your bank statements, bills and receipts you can access the information that will help you farm like a Pro for as little as $450/quarter:

  • Quarterly bookkeeping including balancing the books to one
    bank statement. 
  • Quarterly income and expense summary statements sent to
    you. 
  • Quarterly general ledger detailing each transaction in each
    account including keeping track of individual loan balances.
  • Quarterly GST returns prepared.
  • Annual income tax review before year end to assess your tax
    situation and make recommendations.
  • Annual income tax return prepared.
  • Annual balance sheet
  • Annual income statement adjusted for inventory change and
    Accounts Receivable/Payable
CorPak  
This package bundles all the services normally required for the corporate farm. Starting at $550/quarter you can experience freedom from the office and an opportunity to focus on managing the farm! Contact Wheatland Accounting for the current price for your situation!  From your bank statements bills and receipts we provide the following:
  • Quarterly bookkeeping including balancing the books to
    one bank statement.
  • Quarterly income and expense summary statements sent to
    you.
  • Quarterly general ledger detailing each transaction in each
    account including keeping track of individual loan balances.
  • Quarterly GST returns prepared.
  • Annual accrual financial statements prepared and sent to you including:
    • balance sheet,
    • income statement, 
    • statement of retained earnings 
    • statement of cash flow.
  • Corporate tax return prepared.
TaxPak
 We recommend this package smaller farms that have limited number of transactions. This package gives you all the information needed to file your tax returns and is suitable for that purpose.  But it lacks the extra assurance of complete accuracy because it does not include balancing your bank account to the records. That means there is no way we can ensure all your bills and receipts have been submitted. 
From your bills and receipts we will provide you with the following reports and services starting at only $200/qtr:
  • Quarterly bookkeeping
  • Quarterly summary income and expense statement
  • Quarterly general ledger detailing each transaction in each
    account
  • Quarterly GST returns prepared
  • Annual Income Tax return prepared
